With the Customers Trust growing and the service in MEP area and all under one roof concept led to turnkey projects and collaboration. Today, Mr Pillai serves as Chairman & Managing Director for the group handling over 1200 employees with operations across the U.A.E., Iraq and India.

AL MIHRAB oil and gas service Siva Pillai brings to the table an insightful career of over 15 years in stimulating innovative methodologies for lowering operational costs, scheduling production requirements and fulfilling business mandates. He earned Master degree in chemistry and Master of philosophy in chemistry and his employments have centered on an intrinsic flair for providing the right direction for accelerated project execution and running of Petroleum Site Operations across Middle East, Africa, Canada and Latin America region.
Recognized as a consistent value-driven performer with history of efficiently managing military fuels/petroleum operations in MENA, LATIN region and high-impact multi-million dollars projects (Petroleum / Oilfield Chemicals industry). His distinguished competency is in establishing metrics to manage major factors such as quality, cost and delivery performance with a focus to meet changing supply requirements (oilfield mud & specialty chemicals operations). The major roles of operational experience includes Oilfield Operational Services & Logistical Support, Remote Site Operations & Project Start Ups, Warehousing & Distribution, Petroleum Management & Inventory Control, Procurement and Quality Management with strong analytic skills.
He is an expertise in implementing change management plans to advance supply chain; providing high level support in project documentation and risk management and offering value added guidance to company managers and staff on various operational issues.
However, his focus remains on ensuring excellent project management within the team & work group while leveraging commercial exposure in techno-commercial negotiations / dealing with domestic & international supply contracts.
